We hired Brad to assist with the acquisition of our firm by a publicly traded company. His experience, skill and advice were invaluable during that transaction. We were able to do the due diligence and some of the legal work in-house but it was great to have Brad's expertise on our side. Even though we were on the West Coast, our, acquires were on the East Coast and Brad was in Australia, I firmly believe we hired the right guy.
